Director’s Welcome Note

We cordially welcome you to the ‘microcosm’ of HMI. People grow through intersubjective relationship and interaction. The world of the web is one of the means for fostering and strengthening relationships. We at HMI would like to expand our heart to embrace people of goodwill who are eager to contribute towards interfaith encounters, peacebuilding, reconciliation and implementation of human rights respecting the dignity and equality of persons. Throughout the many decades of its existence HMI did fulfil its mission with commitment as far as the vicissitudes permitted. History is a great teacher and HMI learned much as it walked down the corridors of history effecting the needed changes in its vision and goals. As we march ahead we want to expand our ministry of fellowship by collaborating and partnering with various agencies who have similar ideals and commitments and we are sure our expectations will not be belied. Hence let us join hands and build a humane future.
